Discover Tramore Christmas Cards
Following the very popular Discover Tramore "Snowy Tramore" Christmas Cards released last year, the team at the Discover Tramore tourism group have just released a new range of Christmas Cards for Christmas 2011. The large sized cards contain five different pictures of Tramore in the snow and are being sold locally in packs of 20. The selected photographs were sent into Discover Tramore by locals since last years heavy snowfall.
The cards are now on sale online through the Discover Tramore website and through a number of retailers in Tramore.
"Last year, during the heavy snowfall, we thought it would be fantastic if a small range of Christmas Cards with pictures of Snowy Tramore were available to buy, instead of the typical Christmas themed cards you get in stores. The cards sold out in 48 hours and were extremely popular, so we decided to do it again this year" said Kevin O'Sullivan of Discover Tramore.
"The pictures selected for this year's cards were sent into us by Anne Healy, Margaret Carroll, Keith Doyle and James Mccartan. Many people sent in pictures of Tramore covered in snow since the heavy fall last year, which are being showcased on our online photo gallery. We feel that our Christmas Cards would be a lovely homely touch when sent across Ireland and abroad. With people sending away our 2012 Tramore Calendar we think sending it with a Tramore Christmas card would add to the perfect gift the calendar is and be a lovely touch."
